Add-ons

Association Ballot Manager uses a free-core and paid-add-on model. The core plugin remains usable on its own. Paid add-ons extend the platform with maintained state packs, communications tools, and managed services.

Planned add-ons

  • Compliance Plus – maintained state packs, change notes, and rule checklists.
  • Communications Plus – expanded templates, scheduled reminders, delivery logs, and branded notices.
  • Operations Plus – advanced exports, archival bundles, replacement-ballot workflows, and portfolio tools.
  • Managed Email Delivery – hosted sending for notices, reminders, receipts, and closeout emails.

How customers receive add-ons

  1. Purchase the add-on from your store.
  2. Log in to the customer account area.
  3. Download the add-on ZIP.
  4. Upload it through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  5. Activate the add-on and enter the license key if required.
