Installing Add-ons

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to Downloads and download the add-on ZIP.
3. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
4. Select the ZIP file and click Install Now.
5. Activate the add-on.
6. If the add-on requires a license key, copy it from your customer account and paste it into the add-on settings screen.

Troubleshooting

• If upload fails, ask your host to increase upload size and execution time limits.
• If the license will not activate, confirm the site URL matches the purchased site.
• If a ZIP file was unzipped locally first, re-download the original ZIP and upload that file directly.
