The customer or organization operating the election is responsible for determining what voter information it collects, the lawful basis for collecting and processing that information, who may access it, how long it is retained, and how it is secured.

LIMNET does not become the election administrator, association, data owner, or legal custodian of voter records merely because an organization uses Association Ballot Manager software.

7. Managed Services

If LIMNET provides separate managed election, setup, hosting, delivery, troubleshooting, or related services, additional privacy terms or disclosures may apply.
